Converting region 1 to region 5

Hello To everyone hope your all well

Id just like to know is there any software out there that will convert region 1 dvds to region 5
youi see i can only find a certain file to download but its in region 1 format if thats the right term to use

I think DVD Shrink should take care of this, you can change the region or remove them all together it's also free.
