    attn Can you turn off subtitles option

    Hi im using convertXToDVD 4 is there a way i can totally turn off subtitle option before i convert so the end product as no subtitlles at all and just plays normal.........i know you can turn them off in settings but the kids remote aint working and to be honest it dont matter if ive got no subtitles i aint planning on learning german please help thanks

    I moved your thread to a more appropriate forum.

    To answer your question, I don't know if I have ever bothered to convert any files that included a subtitle with it. If they were included with the original, I just didn't copy them over. However in looking, I may have found where you can remove them. I am not 100% sure about it though, perhaps one of our other members has dealt with this and can offer more insight, but I will share with you what I think.

    When you add a movie to convert, click where it says "Titleset", which opens a listing of options you can change, including audio streams, chapters, and subtitles.

    And rereading Ferg's posting, he is telling you exactly what to do. I have used this to add subtitles when I needed to, and to remove those that I didn't want.
