    Fantastic read. It's very fascinating. Then, i saw this:

    The GE micro-holographic disc initially will be very expensive with many predicting the cost will be $50 a disk. Over time, with mass production, that price could drop considerably

    would be an expensive disc to scratch!, imagine losing 500gs of data on a disc! nice idea but ill be sticking to hdd

    wow $15,000-$20,000 for a burner and $150 for a disc to burn too??????ill stick to my dvd5's... great read. prices need to be more realistic..

    I think a couple of the kind members here have already mentioned the GREAT price of the product. .

    If I made what FERGUS makes then I'd buy 20 of the discs and 2 of the drives just for giggles. whatcha think FERGUS??

    NOW if the product comes back to reality and makes it affordable for the normal folks, then I might consider it.

    yea the priceing on some of this so called NEW techno stuff is mind blowing. im a simple man with a simple plan and $150 disc aint in my plans...
