So what kind of machine are you referring to? Something that is standalone that you simply plug the camera in to? Or that is connected to the PC? If your camera is too old to plug in via USB then you will probably need a Video Capture Card or device such as THIS.

Hello people.i have a sony digital handycam that uses little cassette tapes,ive been told there is a machine i can buy to put them all onto dvd discs,can anyone enlighten me? regards,grumbles
