According to the good folks over at the Slysoft Forum, AnyDVD 6.7.9.9 can handle this movie just fine. Give it a try and post back if you still are having issues.

Anydvd 6799 beta self ripper to HDD
Vob Blanker to create menu and movie
dvd shrink (when leaving only English AC-3 audio)
Imgburn to burn
