Hi, although your answer is quite correct (and appreciated), I prefer my method to the one button methods for the following :

    1) Historically Anydvd had give cleaner rips as compared to dvdfab

    2) the use of vob blanker allows customization of the output

    3) vob blanker allows for correction of navigational pointers (somthing dvdfab or anydvd does not do by itself)

    4) dvdfab uses a transcoder while dvd rebuilder uses an encoder for compression. The visual improvements are substantial when higher compression is required.

    Just my thoughts

Fair comment and understand if you want to compress the output file.
These days I just use DVDfab because I go straight to my Fantec media player as full size iso.

no compression at all, must say some of the files are as large as 30gig and my 2 terbabite disk is nearly
full but now have added usb drive docking station.

    regards

@johnnym, all the rips here (except noted ones) are DVD. It seems like you do a lot of BD stuff.

I think we will need a BD forum....
