my eurovox ex5000 pvr has lost ALL its channels

Try a factory default and powerscan again start at 100.00mhz,, stop at 850.00mhz symbol rate 6952 step set to 8 and away you go.

Press menu, right to config, down to system info and press OKay and tell me what is in there.

Firmware is up to date, after doing as mentioned factory default and powerscan again on symbol rate 6887 , if that doesnt work its not looking good for you, see this thread Nagra 3 next areas - post if you have received new cards (uk)

Once your on nagra 3 there is NO fix for that receiver as of yet.
