Eurovox EX7000 HD+ Channels Missing

The newest firmware for the Eurovox EX7000HD seems to be Dec 03 2009 which can be found here:

i didn't even know sky sports hd was available what is the full list of hd channels available on the hd7000+ ? i at the minute have itvhd bbchd espnhd fxhd scifihd livinghd national geographichd discoveryhd eurosporthd what am i missing?

HD channels already available on Virgin Media TV (V+HD or V HD box and HD tv required):

BBC HD (Included in M and above)

C4 HD (Included in M and above)

ESPN HD (Included in XL or as part of ESPN subscription)

FX HD (Included in XL)

Living HD (a Virgin Media exclusive) (Included in XL)

When will I get the new channels?

We’ll be launching Discovery HD, Eurosport HD, E4 HD and SyFy HD on 1st April. Not everyone will get access to these new channels straight away as we are carrying out some technical upgrades to our platform and there’ll be a few areas where we’ll be staggering the rollout. But don’t worry – we’ll be rolling them out as quickly as we can, and we should be all done by the beginning of June.

On Friday 2nd April we’ll also be launching ITV1 HD, which will be available in all ITV areas (this does not include Scotland and Northern Ireland). ITV1 HD will not be available in Scotland or Northern Ireland because it’s an ITV1 service, not an STV or UTV service. ITV is awaiting confirmation of STV and UTV’s plans with regards to the provision of HD services in the STV and UTV regions.

Not long after we'll be launching Film4 HD – keep an eye out here for announcements.

I am in the glasgow area and my Eurovox 7000hd box has not worked for ages. Dont think its Nag 3 as other boxes in my area are working. Does anyone have any suggestions of what i could do or had any experience of this and suggest i should just give up and admit defeat.

If the channels are not being displayed, then try doing a factory default reset and a powerscan, i think its symbol rate 6952 for your area, if not 6887. Furthur details can be found here: Eurovox Factory Default and Scanning - Guide.
