I have an older model of the Eurovox so im not to sure about the actual order of the channels itself, but you can put them into categorys. You say that you have some channels but some are missing, which symbol rate have you scanned with currently to recieve the channels you are getting now? i.e 6.952

The setting seems fine to me, have you tried doing a factory reset and then doing a power scan/full scan?

Everything you need is here mate:

Eurovox Factory Default and Scanning - Guide.

Just take your time to read through it and please be patient. Seeing as thought i have an old Eurovox model i cant confirm how long it takes for a full scan on the newer models. I am sure one of the members or staff here have the same box as you and they'll be more succesfull with giving you a workaround to your solution. If you hang on for a while, someone will come to the rescue.
