Default Menu shadow on screen while watch channels on ex 7000 hd

Can anyone help me plz? I have just got a eurovox ex7000 hd. Ive set it up and updated the firmware on the box. All channels work fine BUT im gettin a faint shadow of the menu screen. Sometimes you cant tell when its dark but on light pictures you can see it. Ive got the box going through 1 of 2 hdmi ports. Ive tried both ports but both the doing the same.

Have you tried going through the picture settings or similar settings on your Eurovox, maybe its a new feature on the latest boxes?

hi there.i just set my ex1000 up and all channels working fine but ive got the same problem.on some channels i can see it on others not .at first i thought id burnt my screen but i had screen burner on so was still unsure, but now that you have got it ,it sounds as if we are suffering from the same problem,i ajusted all the settings and it got alittle better,i asked a friend and he said you can buy a electronic bit.will find out name later as it soundsas if there is too much power comming into the house or less.this device screws into the cable at one end and then a cable into another.it either reduces the signal or but on the opposite way boosts it.maybe someone out there knows what im talking about.hope this helps
