How to flash Eurovox EX1100 SL & EPG Firmware Fix

You extract the file to the pen then plug your pen drive in your box with it turned off then turn on Press Menu > tools > Upgrade by USB, then highlight the firmware file and press RED to flash and OK to confirm.

once you have installed win rar on the pc

then right click on the downloaded file and extract to pen drive

iv done everything you all are saying and its seriously p***ing me off now!
iv tried 2 pens and iv followed the instructions u have all said

right iv downloaded the firmware (put on stick but "no file" on box)
iv downloaded the winrar (put it on stick again "no file)
iv deleted and retied (no file)
i put on a different stick(no file)
i did the hdd fomat (no file)
i did a format on comp (no file)
im going nuts!!!!!!!!!!!

you need to install winrar on your pc first

i have

now right click on the downloaded file and extract to pen drive

now you should have a folder EX1100USB on the your pen

i know all that
i have the file on the pen (both of them iv checked)
but as soon as i put it in the box it has "no file"
iv done this countless times now and i have followed all the instructions
but it always says "no file

* Press Menu > tools > Upgrade by USB, then highlight the firmware file and press RED to flash and OK to confirm.

* Go into the Language Menu and Press - Red-2-5-2-0, this will allow access to the Emulator & Key edit menu, switch the EMU on

* Green button for save and exit

i cant highlight the firmware file cos it keeps on saying "no file"

when you have the pen in the computer open the folder there should be two files in it an (abs and pdf ) you want the abs file
