Eurovox EX1100 USB

    Default Eurovox EX1100 USB

    Hi all,i have afew questions mainly about Eurovox EX1100 USB box....not sure if i should buy another box but this 1 is local to me..

    1) if i was to buy this box can i get all the sky/virgin chanels ie films and sports.for Free

    2)what else would i need to buy to be able to do this

    any help would be great.i had sky for 10 years from 94 and then ntl/virgin for last 5 years..the cost have got so much now that i need other opts that why am goin down eurovox route...

    You will get all the channels provided by your cable provider and not Sky as that runs on satellite. There are a few sky channels that Cable providers broadcast such as: Sky Modern, Sky Comery, Sky Premiere e.t.c

    Other than the Eurovox, if its already setted up properly i.e already has the latest firmware installed, you will not need anything else, other than the coaxial cable for the signal.

    Thanks for the reply.ok i think i know what you mean..when i say sky chanels i mean the chanels that are comin though my virgin cable box..and when i say for free i mean the chanels which are pay for..ie sky sports 1/2/3 and film chanels..are these free??with the lastest firmware or would i still have to pay for them chanels..sorry about the questions..i petty needed to know what i can get and what i can not get from free...Thanks

    You will recieve S*y Movie channels , S*y sports etc & lots lots more with the latest firmware.

    Thanks.i know am a new member and what i have seen thats it make new members like me welcome.i do have my own web forum for my hobby but i seem to be lookin round here alot

    would it be best for me to buy an spitter and keep my virgin box left on..or shall i just disconect it and bang in the bin..

    yep u can get a splitter np........As for leaving your Virgin Box left on that is up to you buddy.........Wot I would say is maybe once a month plug it in 4 a bit 2 let it do its updates etc.....again thats up 2 you m8

    Well its was all workin great untill about an hour ago..now it seems there no sky films and sports.am just gettin an blank pic on them channels.but all other channels seems ok..
