What's the name of the image your using, has the USB been formatted to fat32?

Just make sure the USB is formatted in fat32, as suggested by Port. Make sure the file is downloaded properly and place it on the root of the USB Flash Disk. If the correct firmware has been transferred to the USB Flash Disk then it should be recognised by your Eurovox.
