unable to download carling 0712 for starview hd combo

Hi anybody help im trying like made to download the carling 0712 firmware but it keeps telling me i don't have permission any one help or just anyone would be nice enough to email it to me :-(

you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to use our download section you have to have a post count of 1 or above before having the permission to download.
3. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

Looks like you got this resolved as you have 2 downloads under your belt. At times it may take a little while after your first post for the server to update and allow you to download.
