Problems with Thank / like system

Sometimes when I click on the Thanks or Like buttons I get the message: Invalid response from server: You don't have permission to undo a button click.
But I never undo a button click. After that the Thanks / Like button press is not counted.
I searched the forum but I could not find an answer on how to avoid getting these messages. What to do about it?

I have been having some problems also. when i click thanks or like, the content will show, then if i go back to the thread page at a later stage, i have to click thanks/like again, which results in the above message. I know from elsewhere that it should be visible every time i go to that page,

Are you both still having this issue...

I tried the Thanks button again. I still have the aforementioned problem.
It seems to occur at the very same post as it did before. For easy finding in your log
- It happened while I tried to thank the user rizlaskinz on 10-12-2010 10:30 PM in the thread Forum\Techkings Market\Freebies\Free 7 day server!(nzb) Post Server and Working confirmation only.
- According to Windows at 8:29 PM (GMT+1) I clicked on the Thanks button.

I made a screenshot showing the errormessage and the time. Unfortunately I do not have enough posts to be able to insert links or images.

Its happened to me a couple of times but i just put it down to my own fault for clicking the like/thanks button twice!
It works but then i hit the thanks button again for example and the Thanks disappears and that message appears.
I wonder would it fix itself if you disliked the post and then clicked the like button again?

I liked and thanked your post axxxo but the buttons disappear when I click on them. They stay away even when I refresh the page.
I did not dislike a post yet, so trying now would be useless.

edit: It is also with the thanks button, there is no unthanks button.

I can see your thanks and like on axxxo's post jw-ok, can you not see where you thanked axxxo???

also only certain user groups can unthank after they have thanked. I'd say the buttons disappear cause you have thanked/liked his post,

EDIT* Just checked and yes the thanks and like button disappears once you've used them.

I can clearly see that I have thanked and liked the post from axxxo. It is right below his post like the way you show. I expect that to be normal behavior though.
When it goes wrong the thanks and like buttons just stay without counting the thanks or like I gave.
As for now I do not need to unthank people if that does not solve my problem.

Also been having the same/similar? problem here.
First time you thank/like, it works perfectly.

When you've already thanked/liked something(say i close and reopen forum). it shows the post as hidden and doesnt let you see content..
trying clicking thank/like again comes up with the error Invalid response from server: You don't have permission to undo a button click.
