i have good instructions for stareview 7 setup but do not know how to upload help

You don't have enough of a post count to upload anything

we have instructions in our starview section on how to setup

As Anto said above, we dont allow uploads from new members until they are established here and trusted for other members security,

That way we can protect other members as much as we can here and be it known to them that 99% of downloads have been checked and are safe.

We learnt our lesson a while ago and we would rather have fewer downloads that are safe than shit loads of downloads that are not safe.

Be it noted though, anyone downloading anything from here, do so at there own risk and we will not be held accountable for any damages caused.
