downloads banner

i have a problem,when i look into the thread about s/v boxes.the downloads banner keeps telling me i can t download untill posts are received.i have made more than 1 posts,but the point is i was browsing not downloading.i made a download 2 nights ago and no probs.all so my laptop seems to be running slow in certain forums and i have not this happen before.i would be very greatfull for any answers.

You can not download here until you have posted once. Use the introduction area rather than spamming these threads to gain your first post count!. Pointless posts will be deleted.

Is it the banner on the top of the page??? what I've posted up above???

If it is its there to remind people to stop asking the same questions on how to download etc, its on everyones page in that thread.

Its just a notice and reminder from admin on what needs to be done, instead of asking questions
