page not updating

Hi all, not a complaint, just to let you know.
When I have http://www.techkings.org/forum/ open, the latest posts normally updates after a few seconds, ie. if I post something, within about 10 seconds, the latest post list shows that I am the latest to post to that particular thread( I know this is a bit long winded, but I hope it makes sense). at the minute, no matter how long I leave it the list doesn't update, if I refresh the page, the list updates.

Also, to avoid making 2 other new threads, I'll ask 2 more questions please

1. Gman (I think) posted a video of the easy way to fold a t shirt a long time ago, but now I can't find it, I have used the search function using different parameters. If anyone has the link, i would appreciate it.
2. the link in this post doesn't work and if anyone has the recipe, again, I would appreciate it.
