About LinkBacksI'm sure that only a few short days ago we were able to edit our posts at will.... I've noticed in recent time, yesterday I think, that we are NO longer able to edit after 3 minutes or something like that.... I personally don't like that as I might make a mistake with spelling or grammar or even worse give out the WRONG info trying to answer a post/question. I know that I don't post that often here but I'd still like the comfort of knowing I have the ability to EDIT whenever I feel free. I'm also sure NOT unlike other forums there is an original post available to Admin and MOD's.
Just an idea and a semi-complaint about the present system...

Hi greensman, I recently updated the forum to 3.8.4 and when I did this a few settings seemed to default, I have now fixed the editing problem and you will be able to edit your post whenever you like.

i was meaning to pm Hiteck regarding this,as recently i made a few posts and made mistakes only to find that i couldn't edit them after the 3 mins......Thanks Hiteck for sorting it

I noticed that issue because a few members asked me about it.
I was going to ask H about it as I too thought it was a negative move.
As H as explained, it was due to defaults being set during upgrade & not an intentional move (I was pleased that was the case).
All is well again so
