pc repair "live room"

I don`t know if this would be possible Hiteck or if you think it wolud be beneficial.
But i was just thinking of the possibility of a pc "live-room" chat box where anyone who has a problem can come or be directed to,and discuss the problem in real time and have help in walking through the problem.rather than having to wait for posts and then post back e.t.c. could be helpful to people who are not too computer literate as long as there is someone on line who is willing to walk that person through.

i have tried to help some fellow members with pc problems and indeed have received some valuable help in return,and i think something along these lines could help in the explanation of problems and implementations of fixes.
Hope you can get the gist of what i mean.

I know what you mean knot, only problem with that is the forum wouldn't have any information for other's to read if there having the same problem later on.

Better that someone can search for the problem and read through it rather than having members repeating themselves in the shoutbox all the time. I know other forums that have a live SB and they use that to help people but then they have no information in the forum.
