All the channels got disappeared and I get scrambled channel as well. Let me know if I need to upgrade the firmware

Check out the Nagra 3 areas link provided by anto. If your area is listed into the recieving new cards or switched over to Nagra 3 then upgrading the firmware on your box will be of no use.
