Can anyone recommend a good internal aerial for Freeview TV?

Hi,

I just recently bought a TV with Freeview for my back bedroom. The problem I have is that i have no external aerial connections at the back of my flat and I really don't want to be running wires throughout the house. Can anyone recommend a good internal aerial that i could buy that will give me a good signal and maximum freeview channels? Also, does anyone know of good wireless transmitters that can send cable to different rooms without wires? The guy in Richer Sounds said that they don't stock them anymore because they were not very good!! Thanks.

you would need one with a booster usually ones you need to plug in to the electric like the ones for all's like this
