ipod shuffle problem

just went to sought the others shufle out, it came up re-synce all files will be deleted did`nt thihink nothing of it as my honey was getting bored with the music it on it, but now it will not let us download anything on to it. any ideas please as im getting very frustrated.

Did you try using itunes to restore it Dee?

got it sorted had to reregister in in my others name but all up and working, i can now not worry about the is it fixed yet conversation when she gets home.
