Reply With QuoteHow old is the battery? It could be that the battery has an internal short which will cause it and/or the charger to get hot. Or the same could be said for the charger. Too many times of wrapping the cord up or just storing it could cause some of the internal wiring to break. Is there any chance you could try a different charger and test for the same results?
