Format NTFS to FAT32 on Windows 7??

hi

how do i go about formatting my external hard drive to FAT32 using windows 7? i have only 2 options "NTFS" & "exFAT" i need it to be FAT32 so the PS3 can pick it up, i've read it cant be done on windows 7 and that formatting can be done up to 32GB something like that anyway

is there a 3rd party software that will allow me to format it to FAT32?

i used Acronis instead, going to test it now, if not successful will use Easus partition master

for some reason not showing the hard drive in my computer, going to try on another PC

UPDATE: Works fine now on my brother computer FAT32 being displayed.

tell me about it, im going to throw my computer out the window along with the others, driving me insane, mine is fine, its just others that are doing my head-in.

ive heard about the swiss knife, that Acronis seems to have sorted it out for me.
