Microsoft Network Inspection System Stopped Working

Hi

From time to time when i log on to my computer i get the following pop-up sometimes it is random and sometimes frequent, and i feel the computer becoming slow at times since this pop-up

anyone else having this problem? and how can i fix this problem?

It seems to be a problem on microsofts end. You could always contact them and see what they come back with.

where would i start

i may just re-install MS Essentials and see what happens.

Yep you could uninstall MSE and reinstall a fresh one if you want to try that.
