Plug in you Pen Drive

Double click Computer (My Computer on XP)

Open the location drive that has the files you want to copy/move

Click computer (My Computer on XP) again & open the Pen drive

You will now have 2 windows open

Just drag & Drop from one to the other

If you left click & drag & drop it may move files instead of copy them

If you right click while dragging & dropping it will give you the option to Copy or Move the files.
