dreambox 500

hi all ive got up this morning and put my box on now i have 1,2,3,4 and all the free tv but nothing else ive checked my wire for the lan port and thats working ok the only thing i have noticed is there is usually a green light in the box that flashes and it goes red when there is no internet but there doesnt seem to be any green or red light there any help with this please

1. Check the router, is the port light green on the front??

2. Go into Cccam info and then servers to see if the server is active, is it showing any cards?

3. Do you have Internet connection on any other devices??


4. Reboot everything, then check the ip of the dreambox to see if it's been assigned by the router.

yes a simple reboot should resolve this, if all else fails try reflashing the image
