we have 2 zgemma h2s boxes , that keep freezing constantly, have rebooted both boxes and internet, c line, been in touch with my provider, doesnt seem to know why, we have the internet through those plug things,

Try a test line and see if there's any improvement if not problem could be down to the stability of your Internet service

Turn off your router for a full 30 minutes. Then if that doesn't fix it, as suggested, try an ethernet cable.

Is it freezing on all channels or just the pay ones?

Always best to hard wire via ethernet if possible so try that first,Turn off the one box so only one is being used and see if that helps and if so it could be your line is not multiroom active, also try a test line off another supplier,if problems continue then switch to oscam and run a duel line as that it the best cam when getting constant freezing

hooked it up to internet and the downstairs box worked so long as upstairs box was not attached to internet, could it be we have both c line from same person,

two different he says same one wont work in 2 boxes, but could they be getting confused , if you know what i mean

Its as i thought,It looks like your supplier has used the same line on both boxes and its not a multiroom line,That would be the reason for all the freezing,One of 2 options really is to put a second line on one box and see if that stops it,If that still freezing then is could be slow broadband

Are they both C lines?

have a look at the content of the line to see if its the same or different user names and passwords. This will tell you if its the same line or not

we have a CCcam in one box and a Mcgcam in other box, have hard wired down stairs, have got a different supplier for up stairs box and every time both boxes are on they freeze constantly, using a whoosh build

then it appears that your homeplugs are the issue. There must be an issue on your ring mains via the plugs as when using hard wired both are fine. Have you tried resetting your homeplugs and which ones are you using?
I use 2 sets of tp plink, one form socket to socket and the other from extension to extension and no issues what so ever.

when one was hard wired it wad still freezing

Try using one box on the Ethernet, then try the other on the Ethernet. If both are ok then you have an issue when the homeplugs are connected. This being the case reset the homeplugs and try pairing again
If the box is still freezing when hard wired, get a test line and eliminate the line end.
