Missing Channels

Ive got a zgemma h2s. The problem is when I connect the zgemma I only get freeview and BeTee sports, no sly channels. But when I plugged it in at a different house I get all channels. Has anyone had this problem before? Is it something simple?

I would say it is your Router is blocking the sly you need to turn a few of the security things off.

I thought that at first, but it works with the openbox with the same sub. I'm baffled by it lol

Also not showing 0% SNR on sly channels, but 78% on BeeTee
any ideas why would be appreciated :)
