Hello

I received a replacement zgemma s2 today with a theme on I didn't like so ive put my memory card in and reflashed it. Ive done this on loads of boxes without issues until today

I have no tspanel, I am unable to download plugins I get a message saying I'm not connected to a network however I am.
I have tried for hours now and having no joy.

I have tried to download the file however it says I do not have access to it with being a new member, please could somebody help me please
 
Is the image OpenATV or Vix? Press Menu > Information to see. If it's Vix, it's not supported on zgemma, hence no plugins to download. When you've made a few more posts, your user name will turn blue and you'll have download privileges here.
 
It says Vix in the corner and plugins are coming up now with this new flash on.
However still can't find tspanel.

And that's explains that mate thank you about downloading things.
 
Thank you I'm on it now, just reflashing box and I've put that file on the memory stick, hopefully it will work. Thanks again been trying for hours to download it

Quick question, just got a new LG 60" 4K Tv and the sound on this box doesn't work on it. Works fine on the older Tv.
I also played with the settings for hours but still couldn't get sound. Any ideas ?

Okay, reflashed box, the tspanel file is on the memory stick.
Went to install it on vix but says i have not set up an extra location so I went into backup and backed up and tried again and got the same message.

Try pressing the Audio button on the remote and change the feed.

I've tried that and no joy, messed on with every Tv setting and no sound
