Hi all,
i have just been told that sly are going to put all channels to hd and wonder if it will "kill" my box.
my gift is due to expire in a couple of days and i dont want to get a new gift if the box has died!
running V8S genuine box

thanks for any advice/help
 
this subject has been covered many times with no true answer to when it will happen, when it does, it wont kill your box you will just lose premium channels
 
Line suppliers

I have had my line for a couple of months now and it occasionally has a brain fart and freezes for a few minutes but now it has frozen me out for the last hour. I have tried rebooting my router and zgemma star s box but no joy anyone got any ideas??
Have emailed the supplier with no joy yet
 
ZGEMMA H.2S Black screen on Premium channels

Hey guys,
Suddenly this morning all the premium channels become black. Am able to still read the bar on the bottom of the screen telling me whats on, but the screen has no audio and its black.
Ive checked internet which is fine, redownloaded EPG, rebooted box and router.

Ive been into Softcam Panel and only have mgcamd1.38r1 there, but nothing else.

Ive also been into softwaremanager>Softwareupdate and have 63 updates there. Cant update anything because when i press on any, i just get a circle with mark through it and it also says Feed status is YELLOW (traffic sign) at the side

Could it be my gift has expired early? Im new to this so any above would help

Hi,

Can't offer any advice but....I have exactly the same issue. My gift is supposed to last for another 8 months so I don't think that is the issue!

Hey guys, i have but no reply :(
Maybe i will just purchase a gift and give that a go.
BTW is it normal for just mgcamd1 to show in the Softcam Panel? i have not altered no settings at all, it just stop this morning suddenly
