Help please openbox internet problem

Hi everyone
I have had many openboxes over the years but i have never come across the problem i have at the moment.
i have 3 openboxes in my house 2xS10 and 1 x F3 the 2 S10 are on the same server and the F3 a different server.

my problem is about 10 days ago the server would not come online for the 3 boxes only the FTA I thought the server was down and waited 4 days hoping it would come back online, i then contacted the 2 servers and was told their servers were working as normal.

i have just taken my S10 open box to a friends house and the box and server is working perfectly.i do think it's a internet problem, the DHCP is on and the IP address seems ok.

Please as anyone had this problem before or can shed any light on how to fix the problem,as i am mystified what to do next

thankyou

Have you done the obvious and re-booted your router? And, are other devices working via the router?

Thanks Bigdrinks
i have turned the router off and on again without any luck,
what happened we had a nasty lightening strike about 3 weeks ago very close to the house,it knocked a couple of open boxes out plus 3 LNBS,plus the wifi modem, and my sons old computer.

I replaced the open boxes and the LNBS plus a new modem and i bought my son a new computer for his university studies.Everything worked fine for a week and then the open boxes showed offline but my sons computer is working ok with the ethernet cable

Dont know if the IP address as anything to do with the problem but the IP address on the openbox starts with 192.168.xxx.xxx and if i google "whats my IP address it turns up 171.4.xxx.xxx

problem maybe down to your new router if theres a shield on it blocking the content coming in. If this is the case your have to turn it off
