i`m on a new super hub off crappy virgin media, nearly all the entertainment channels are showing. but as soon you go on the movies or sport channels, some of them are scrabbled...like sky prem is scrabbled ,but sky prem +1 you can see, with the sport channels it like bt 1 and 2 are scrabbled, but you can see bt sport 3.... super weird..... any help or ideas will help. thanks

firstly make sure your router has got any kind of shield switched off
then update your channel list
if your still having problems then try another supplier

up dated firmware, channel listing, even done a channel listing manually, but i never thought it could be my supplier, ive had the same one for an year an half. but yeh i will try that. thanks

did you check the virgin media superhub has got no shield switched on, im sure these have a shield on them now that you can switch on and off...not sure if you go in account settings on virgin website or if its in the actual router settings

when you say you updated the channel listing, did you delete all older channel lists. Before adding your channel list via usb, I would ok on factory settings>ok on yes>IMPORTANT>highlight blue only> this will clear any channel list data that's been on the box, then add the new list via usb. Common problem with these cheaper boxes after many updates

Jagsy ive added ports for the devisee, even turned off the firewall, if i missing something else, i dont know what it is

i did a delete all and then updated via a usb, but then read on the net ,it maybe better to manually load the channels, so did a delete all again. havent concidered a factory re-set yet.

you ain't factory resetting, your only pressing ok on factory settings> then blue> that's all. Basically it cleans the box up deleting all the clogged up channel data that's been there for as long as you've overwritten by usb, common problem

The exact same question was asked a few days ago on the forum, put virgin superhub in search box and look for a thread dated 1/12/2016 titled 'virgin media hub 3'
I will put the link on when I get home
