V8S PPV Boxing

Hi All my V8S box will not show PPV boxing got a few lines with a reliable server running f5 boxes but my V8S will not show it says Scrambled all the time same settings as mates f5 box with same sat list and his show it any ideas

Hi yes updated and checked with mate all same frequency etc

always keep channel list uptodate mate
try a scan just before the ppv starts
