Box won't record drone racing??

Hi all,

got an h2s running the latest wooshbuild. It's running really well but recently I have set a timer to record drone racing final on sky spots mix. The program appears in file list but only shows a black screen when trying to play and shows +278 mins on the timer .

i reformatted the hdd and converted/mounted etc but it still have a black screen on a new recording of the same program.

i tried setting a timer for a different prrogram on sky sports mix and this recorded and played back fine. Drone racing was then aired on sky1 so i set the timer again, and again records but fails to play.

any ideas?
 
Sounds like maybe tuner B isn't set up right. Go to Menu > Setup > Service Searching > Tuner Config and make sure they're both set to Simple, Single, 28.2E. If they are check the connections of the satellite cables at the back. You could also try swapping them around to see if it makes a difference.

Also check in Recording Settings that the default tuner is set to Auto.
 
Cheers mate, just checked and both configured ok. Started a recording on a sports channel then changed to a movie Channel and this was ok so I guess both tuners are working.

See the thread about recording on e4 and see if you have the same problems on channels 135-139. I thought initially my tuner was broken, then confirmed on other channels it was working, seems the drivers werent working with the specific transponder for those channels but was fine for everything else...

If you have managed to record a different program on the same channel without an issue then that suggests to me that there is not a tuner issue.

are you recording and/or watching other channels at the same time the recording was taking place, ie is there any chance there was a clash?
 
hi i have issues when pausing live tv on the wooshbuild on zegemm hs2 box all recoreds fine but not sure if any setting are wrong

It could be as simple as you need to restart the gui. hold power button on remote until menu appears and then select 'restart gui'
 
Would this take effect even if the box was restarted or does this have to be gui restart
