Hi can someone help me my openview sky box has stopped working . ( no signal) ,after sky came and installed a new dish , , regards

Did they change anything on the dish

Sounds like they have installed the new dish compatible for sky q and not compatible for openboxs.
If this is the case you will need a hybrid inb
