By using teamviewer you are giving people full remote access to your computer. So if this is the route you want to go, do it through private messaging and only interact with proven members of this forum.
Don't be posting this information openly. You could be accepting a malicious person. You never know.

It will help if you actually say what your problem is, what you are hoping to be checked, what box, what setup, etc etc.

it is normal for a provider to help his client when needed, to do this they often use teamviewer but any login details should be kept private & only given by PM

I require help please for zgemma 2s using the update channel listings to use premium tv once more?
Before this I used f5 box and had to use pc to transfer updates via winrar to stick then plug and update.

No its not normal for a supplier to set up boxes for someone that's requested a connection, however there seem to some on here that think that's the case and are happy to post that. IMHO the forum is for people to learn from, not post on one thread and expect everything to be done for them in a matter of minutes. Just saying....

I was refering to adding line details as this is the norm for a provider to aid a user that is short on knowledge, no one can setup a box via remote only alter/add details. I agree the best way is to spend the time learning what you need to know so you can manage your own system & correct things as you go but as we see so often many just want a quick fix rather than an understanding of what they are doing.

Then the answer to a quick fix my friend is to buy plug and play, not that we would ever promote that way at all. Yes the provider should aid a user to add the connection but if you have a look at the poster who started this thread, you'll notice that he was already on teamviewer yesterday and has very kindly let everyone know who took control of his laptop, there are limits as to how far someone will help someone. Again IMHO it would make more sense for someone to keep who actually helped them a bit more private.
