N Line or C-line

Hi guys I'm after renewing my N Line or C-line whichever works best think I'm n line but after a new server one for me and one for a mate any recommendations would be great freeze free preferably cheers in advance

For some reason most think nlines are better.
I was using clines for along time before moving to cable nline there both the same i have minimal freezing like i always have.

Down to the server
Your internet consistency (no drop outs)
How your box is connected to the router
Theres more factors to it thsn just a line.

Agreed be it C or N there is no difference as long as the server is good.
It's trial and error when you first start out on this journey, try them both, buy a few lines, play around with them it's all part of the fun ;-)

C ever so slightly easier as your only moving 1 file.
Running an N line in Mgcamd will require an additional file (mg_cfg)

both work just as good as long as you have a good supplier but other factors count to having a stable line like consistent internet that doesn't drop out and also the lower your ping the better

Thanks again, think c line probably best for me then as a newbie. Could someone explain "lower ping" and how to achieve it. It's not a term I have seen much reference to yet.

Ref. "Ping"...if you called someone across a room and they answered back to you, then you've "pinged" each other. If they answered quickly then thats a low ping. If they delayed their reply then thats a high ping. Your router is constantly pinging the server to exchange information, so the quicker they communicate the better it is. Ping is measured in milliseconds. There are plenty of apps around which measures your internet speed etc. Hope this explains it for you.
