Why is my skybox v8 saying "no auth"

I'm having a lot of trouble with my skybox v8 at the moment, it's saying no auth and there is someone speaking over everything and also some of my channels are not working

Any suggestion son how to fix all?

I've tried to update the firmaware but can't find the rite one
