How do I turn off audio descriptions on MAG 322?

I keep getting a voice describing the scenes on my box.... Does anyone know how I can get rid of this?

Contacy your provider and tell him.

I have the same problem but only on itv when Emmerdale start's.

This will be your providers problem the streams he is using have audio description on them he is not in control of this stream so he needs to swap to another one has I suspect with most he's not got his own streams.

Yep, he's getting his streams via VM and he needs to update as this has been fixed for over a year on cable
