DroidBOX iMXQPro Mini - Short Review

A few days ago I was asking about Android boxes specifically for iptv as I had put Iptv on my tablet (smarters iptv app) and really liked the look and feel of the android iptv app selection, ease of the epg.
So after trawling Amazon and Google I found DroidBOX, which were an amazon recommendation but also had their own website and UK based.
So I bought the IMXQPro mini, from their website and with a quick Google search found a 10% discount code, which basically made the next delivery free.
Anyway I'm not here to promote the company, but my experience of the box so far is very good. It is the entry level but is 2gb of ram and a semi decent processor.
Loading times are fine, resolution is as good asvmy formuler f1 box, apple tv and firestick definitely not any better and not any worse.
I've installed Netflix, Amazon Video, and Showbox no bother, not installed anything else.
DroidBOX has its own overlay software and own appstore too so the common apps like Netflix update with no issue.

Remote is fine, but I do use a keypad remote aswell just for ease of searching and typing. (sideloading or Netflix or usernames and passwords etc)
But you can use the remote with iptv without the need of the keypad!

So overall, good box, about £47 delivered.

Would I recommend, yes, was I blown away, no, but now I have everything in one place which was my aim.

Good review and for £47 you can't complain.....I know you were not a Firestick fan, so it sounds like you got a bit of a bargain.
