Mag351 no menu portail

Newbie
have a mag 351

I tried going to the bios and go to default settings,I flashed the original file I tried going again for the default settings,but nothing.

And I cannot edit the existing portals that are there,an embedded portal and portal 1. Is there anything else i can do?

You have to press the Fn button on the back while power on the mag351. Described better at this page :
