missing channels (no signal)

Hi guys
I am having problem picking up itv and c4 plus others. I am getting itv hd and c4 hd so i am really confused. I have just done a new service search and that's how i picked up ITV HD. I still have sky sports and the movie channels.
Any ideas guys
