Hey Guys, apparently new firmware has been released to solve the problem with the remotes. Has anybody else heard this or got it yet?

If you have a mobile phone with a camera, switch it to camera mode.

Point the remote at the camera lens, press any button and you should see the infra-red LED flashing on the screen.

If you don't see it flashing, then yes, the remote is dead.

If you do see it flashing, then it's not the remote.

Could also that the Batteries are a bit low...you could also try new batteries...not the rechargeable one's as they go down, the signal from your remote control might not be so good.
