Kryptview box doing nothing

flashed kryptview box downloaded ok rebooted try to turn of at on/off button does nothing try remote does nothing ,changed batteries still no good box wont do anythingwhen switched on all i get on front of box is saying on driving me mad

try reflashing it

what firmware did you use and by what means? i presume you scanned for channels after the factory reset also?

Hi just found this thred and im intrested to know what firmwear was used as i have just bought a kryptview a780 and am gona have a try at flashing it any help or tips would be great

Have a read of HiTecks tutorial How to flash Arnet Kryptview - Firmware Loading Guide / Tutorial .

All the info you need & links to the loader/firmware are there.

Flash with Kryptview_A780_24042011, using a null modem cable, it is in the download section.

Then do a software update using the remote control ( Menu - Installation - SW update )

Wait for the box to reboot after the update, restore to factory default using the remote

then scan for channels

If you get stuck post back and give as much info as possible
