    Default Think I have a faulty box?

    Hi I'm having issues with my kryptview a780 I have all the software installed channels scanned and all ready to go however and it was working until i unplugged it to tidy away the wires,when I switch it on sometimes the number 0 comes up or number 1 and sometimes just a dot in the bottom right hand corner,I think 480 is up at the moment also the picture isn't coming up it's like it has a mind of it's own.Does this sound like there is something wrong with it or is this updating?If it is faulty is there a way of resetting the box to how is was when it came out of the box because the shop won't accept it with the software on it.Thanks your help with this would be very appreciated.

    first try switching box off at the back and the router. Wait at least 30 seconds
    then switch back on.

    If it doesn't reset, re flash the box manually and do the sw update again
    that should sort it out

    You should be a dab hand at this by now, have you
    got any hair left ?

    Thanks bees no hair left and Im really peed off now . Ive done the reboot thing but not the reflash will give it ago cheers mate!

    be nice to know what firmware is/was used/ and updated. faulty scart or not inserted fully.
