have you selected the correct ID from the list when going through the install?most probs revolve around this.

Do a restore to factory default settings, then rescan

Hi i'm in East Kilbride just south of Glasgow and i've tried every scottish server on the tp list best i get is 43 frequencies is this the norm as i still get scrambled channels help !!!!

Is that net id in your list ?

Don't know about frequencies, Are you getting full list of channels
on any of the net ids you have searched on ? Have you had all the channels
in the past ?

Are you getting free to air channels ?

Could be a faulty network cable. Have you got any others
you can try ?

dont forget to reboot your network as is box off at rear and modem and router for 30 secs then on and give it a min to get an ip addy.

software up to date only fta in liverpool double checked id still nothing

i have seen other posts stating down also so it may be a vm problem ,have people checked the vm site for outages?

reports now say back on

I was Essex 2 on dbox2 shall i use basildon 2 ?

Just try it Ted if its no good ,then just reset to factory default and try another one

and reports back off again all over
