kryptview update.

I tried to update my firmware today but it said I was up to date .
I have the 29/11/2011 kryptview A780Mpv4.100, H/W version v3.0.0
Is there a download link for the 12042012 somwhere?
Ok I just found a download for 12042012 and tied to update my box with it using the normal null modem cable method.
After watching it download to box and burn the firmware and letting it reset I went to my System info and nothing has changed it still says

I have even tried defaulting box to factory setting and removing channel info then retrying the firmware update but no change to System info
Is this a update or what ?

There was no new update,the 12-04-12 is only the 29-11-12 firmware but can be use to update by cable.

The update by remote was down for a while hence the 12-04-12//29-11-12 release

You did not say it was the same update only that it may be the same one.

Where do you get the firmware updates from? Is the kryptview a780 still working? Or has all the boxes gone? 24/04/12

All boxes ARE working

I've flashed the ltest firmware to the a780, factory defaulted the box and rescanned but all channels scrambled. I;m at a loose end. Anyone know what else I can do? cheers

Is there any FTA channels BBC,ITV

Is the net working,reboot box,router,modem,cables checked

24042011 is not the last firmware,as people were told to do a s/w update to the latest

if people read the posts they will find their answers to the same questions, groundhog day again

New to this forum site, can anyone guide me to where the link would be for the latest firmware.

you may have flashed box with firmware but you did not mention doing a s/w online update which may mean its an old one,check ----------menu-----system info???
