Whats the best insurance or insurers for your mobile phone?

Hi

I want to get a mobile phone insured which covers it for theft, accidental damage, damage, software faults etc - you know the usual, do any of you guys have any recommendations?

If you guys have had bad experiences in the past with an insurer please do discuss here.

Dont even know where to start. Well its not for me really looking for my sister in law. She has a HTC phone.

Your input would be appreciated.

mine are insured with my bank for free ( depending on the type of account you have) but most seem to be with lifestyle. Thankfully not ever needed them so cant really help on that count. Even if you go with the store or phone provider it may still be with lifestyle. i know they can charge around £5-10 per month. Hubby used to pay £5 pm with orange for his until we transfered it over to bank. But check with their bank to see what type of account they have ( usually pay a monthly fee) as now lots of account have free ins on phone holidays and free car breakdown.
